Finance
Our payment options include:

All treatment is to be paid in full on the date of service unless you have made other arrangements with our office prior to treatment being started. We offer financing through CareCredit for patients who would like to spread out the cost of treatment into a series of payments. Once approved, you can choose a payment plan that works for you.
Insurance
We accept all PPO insurance plans, but may be out of network. Please contact our office, so that we can answer any questions you may have. We submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients with insurance companies paying our office directly. We will do everything possible to maximize your insurance benefits. Our office is contracted with Delta Dental Premier and Cigna PPO.
Cancellation Policy
When scheduling an appointment with Dr. Ackerman, we make sure that we reserve that time for you and you alone. We do understand that occasionally conflicts happen and appointments need to be rescheduled. Please keep in mind that our office requires 48 business hours notice to change any appointment in order to avoid the $75 cancellation fee.
